Terms and Conditions of Mian Studio

Terms and conditions of adult programs:

  1. Registration and Attendance: Participants in adult programs must register in advance via the website or by contacting "Mian Studio" directly. Attendance and participation in the programs require adherence to the specified times.
  2. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify "Mian Studio" 48 hours before the program start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will incur a cancellation fee.
  3. Materials and tools: "Mian Studio" provides all the necessary materials and tools for the programs. Participants are asked to respect the materials provided and use them responsibly.
  4. /strong> Participants in adult programs are expected to maintain a positive and respectful environment. Inappropriate or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Bullying, running, or vandalism are prohibited.
  5. Copyright: Mian Studio retains copyright to all works and educational materials used in the programs. Participants may not use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
  6. Photography and Publication: Photos and videos may be taken during the programs for promotional and marketing purposes. By participating in the programs, participants consent to the use of these photos and videos by "Mian Studio".

Terms and conditions for children's programs:

  1. Health Information: Parents of children participating in programs or activities must provide information about their children's health conditions and any special needs they may have. The studio is not responsible for addressing these needs without prior notification.
  2. Accompaniment: Children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  3. Responsibility: The parents of the children are responsible for bringing them in and picking them up from the studio and for bearing the costs in case of damage to any belongings.
  4. Cancellation: The studio reserves the right to cancel a registration and retain the cancellation fee if any of the booking conditions for registrations and workshops are violated. If you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify "Mian Studio" 48 hours prior to the program start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will incur a cancellation fee.
  5. Allergies: Parents or guardians of the child should disclose any allergies the child has to substances or foods.
  6. Schedule: Parents must adhere to the attendance and departure times and the times for dropping off and picking up children from inside the studio.
  7. Accompanying persons fees: Accompanying persons fees for the child are 30 riyals.
  8. /strong> Bullying, running, or vandalism is prohibited.

Pottery programs and activities:

  1. Advance booking: Pre-booking for pottery workshops is required via the website.
  2. Postponement: In case of non-attendance, the participant must inform the administration within one week to postpone attendance once, after which the registration will be cancelled and the amount will not be refunded.
  3. Responsibility: The studio is not responsible for any pottery pieces that are damaged or broken after the coloring or firing stage due to negligence in finishing or weakness in shaping by the participant.
  4. Adherence: Participants in pottery workshops must follow the instructions of the instructor and supervisor, as well as the venue's policies. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of any financial compensation or refund of fees paid.

General note:

Regarding the coloring of the pottery pieces, the participant is allowed to choose only 3 colors from a specific set to ensure the best results after the firing process.

Terms and conditions for weekly and monthly subscriptions:

  1. Summer Art Camp: Registration is for the Summer Art Camp from June 3rd to August 16th only. The dates and registration cannot be postponed. Fees are non-refundable and non-deferred except by attending the camp on the dates for which registration was made. Registration is not available for people with disabilities.
  2. Allergies: Any allergic reaction a child has should be disclosed by the parents, whether to substances or foods.
  3. Schedule: Parents must adhere to the attendance and departure times and the times for dropping off and picking up children from inside the studio.
  4. Abuse: The studio reserves the right to exclude anyone, regardless of age, from any program if they behave disrespectfully towards staff, instructors, or fellow participants by causing damage to the premises or equipment, or by bullying. The studio management will not hesitate to take appropriate action.
  5. Age: If a child is registered who is younger than the age specified in the advertisement, the amount paid will not be refunded.
  6. Change: The amount paid is non-refundable in the case of registration and then attendance, and the registrant may change the activity to an activity that is available at that time only at a price equal to or less than it.
  7. Rules: Failure to respect the rules of the studio exposes the participant to legal accountability and exclusion from the management of the studio and forfeits the participant’s right to a refund of any amounts paid without any liability.

Rules of the studio:

  1. We leave the place better than we found it.
  2. Everyone is responsible for the cleanliness of their place, cleaning their tools and returning them to their designated place.
  3. The artwork belongs to the trainee, and he must take it and not leave it, as the studio is not responsible for damage to abandoned works.
  4. Request to go to the bathroom with permission (for children).
  5. Touching artworks or any studio-related possessions, including tools, materials, or displayed works, is prohibited.
  6. Do not use any materials without the knowledge of the trainer or supervisor.
  7. Others can be helped if they ask for help.
  8. During the break in the middle of the workshop, everyone must remain in their place (for children).
  9. No participant or trainee has the right to tamper with the tools in the store section and he or his relatives bear the responsibility for the damage by paying the price of the product.
  10. The child shall not leave the studio door except with the guardian who brought him.

The space is an art studio and supply store open to everyone—families and individuals—with a transparent storefront facing the street. If a customer wishes to wear an abaya, she can bring a special lab coat, but wearing an abaya without a matching headscarf is not permitted.


After attending, the participant is not entitled to a refund of any amounts paid, whether through the website, network, or cash.

The delivery of the pottery pieces was delayed:

At times when the delivery of pottery pieces is delayed for technical reasons beyond our control, customers must be patient, as no refunds are allowed for any amounts paid after the completion of the experiment, whether it was shaping or coloring.
