How do I register for the Mian Studio programs?
Registration is through the official website mayanart.net or by contacting the Mayan Art Studio directly. Choose the program or workshop that suits you and click "Reserve Your Seat". Pottery workshops require advance booking through the website.
Do I need prior experience to register?
Absolutely not! Most of our programs are designed for beginners. We have a foundational curriculum that starts from scratch in drawing, pottery, and Arabic calligraphy. And for those with experience, we have advanced programs that develop their skills to a professional level.
What are the studio's opening hours?
We welcome you every day from Monday to Saturday, from 4 pm to 12 midnight. Sunday is a day off.

What is the difference between foundation and advanced programs?
Foundational programs begin with the basics: light and shadow, watercolor techniques, and still life with acrylics. Advanced programs are for those who have mastered the fundamentals and want to reach a professional level, such as mastering Naskh calligraphy or sculpting on a wheel.
Do you offer programs for children?
Yes! We have art programs specifically designed for children, including drawing, pottery, and crafts. Children under 5 years old need an adult companion. The companion fee is 30 riyals.
Can I book the studio for a birthday party or a special occasion?
Absolutely! Mian Studio offers unique art experiences for special occasions such as birthday parties, graduations, and group activities. Contact us to customize the experience to suit your event.
Do I need to bring my tools with me?
No! The studio provides all the necessary materials and tools for the programs. We ask participants to respect the materials and use them responsibly. Note: In the pottery workshops, the fees include shaping only; participants can add coloring and firing fees if they wish.
Is there a store that sells art supplies?
Yes! The art supply store is available both in the studio and online. It carries a variety of paints, brushes, canvases, and materials. You are entitled to an exchange or return within 7 days in case of a manufacturing defect, and within 3 business days if the product is defect-free, provided it is in its original packaging and condition.
What payment methods are available?
We accept electronic payments via the website and cashier using all bank cards (Mada, Visa, Mastercard), as well as Apple Pay and cash payments.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, provided that the Mian Studio is notified 48 hours in advance of the program to receive a full refund. Cancellations after this period are subject to a cancellation fee. For pottery workshops, attendance can be postponed only once within one week of the booking date. After attendance, participants are not entitled to any refunds.
