Exchange and Return Policy


First: In case of any manufacturing defect or damage to the product:

Customers of "Marsam Mian" have the right to exchange or return a product that has a manufacturing defect** or damage, provided that the product is packaged, clean and in its original condition, within 7 days from the date the customer receives the product. The customer also has the right to choose one of the following options after "Marsam Mian" receives the product and confirms that it meets the conditions.

*Refunds can be processed through the website and this process takes 10-20 business days.

*Replace the damaged product with any new product of the same value.

The customer will not bear any shipping fees if the reason for the exchange or return is damage or a manufacturing defect.

*The customer bears the resulting damage if the product is not returned properly packaged.


Second: In case you wish to exchange or return the product without any manufacturing defect:

1 - Customers of "Marsam Mian" have the right to exchange or return the product, provided that the product is packaged, clean, and in its original condition, within 3 working days from the date the customer receives the product. The customer also has the right to choose one of the following options after "Marsam Mian" receives the product and confirms that it meets the conditions.

*Refunds can be processed through the website and this process takes 10-20 business days depending on the hosting website's policies.

*Replace the product with any new product of equal value

2- If the order is canceled or modified after being received by the shipping company (the order status will be "ready"), the customer will not be reimbursed for the delivery fees, even in the case of free shipping offers, as the delivery fee has already been paid to the shipping company.

Third: The following items are excluded from the exchange/refund policy.

Used products or products not in their original condition as they were when purchased.

Final clearance items, discounts and offers.

Discounted goods or coupons.

Recorded courses and workshops.

After a week has passed since registering for one of the programs without attending, the client has the right to postpone the appointment only once within one week.


Fourth: The exchange and return process takes between 15-30 days for the entire operation.

*Manufacturing defects or packaging defects.


A. Cancel the order:

Without prejudice to what was stated in points (c) and (b):

(1) The customer has the right to cancel or exchange the order within 3 working days of receiving the product, with the product being shipped to the address of the Mian office at the customer’s expense, without prejudice to what is stated in point (2).

(2) If the order is canceled or modified after being received by the shipping company (the order status will be "ready"), the customer will not be reimbursed for the delivery fees, even in the case of free shipping offers, as the delivery fee has already been paid to the shipping company.

Discounted goods, coupons, and offers are non-refundable.

B. Products damaged due to shipping:

(3) The customer will be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, with a description of the damage shown in a photo sent to customer service along with the order number. The customer will be compensated with the same damaged product or its value, depending on availability.

(4) The customer is not entitled to claim anything if more than the period specified above (48 hours) has passed.


c. Tools with a manufacturing defect:


(5) The customer must contact the customer within 2 days of receiving the shipment. The customer must ship the product to the address of Marsam Mian in its original condition. If a defect or damage is found, the customer will be compensated with the same product or its value, depending on availability, with Marsam Mian bearing all shipping costs, provided that the shipping cost does not exceed the value in the customer's invoice. The customer is not entitled to claim anything if more than the period specified above (3 days) has passed, or if the defect is due to misuse and storage (coordination can be made with the Marsam Mian store to return the shipment through the shipping companies that the store deals with in this case).


Dr. Gift vouchers and discounted or purchased items using a discount code:

Without prejudice to what was stated in points (c) and (b):

(6) The value of the coupon cannot be refunded after it has been issued, nor can the order be cancelled or the discounted coupon be refunded.

(7) The customer is not entitled to cancel or receive a refund for discounted goods or goods purchased with a discount code.


Children's programs

(8) Regarding the registration of children for programs or one of the activities of the studio, please fill in the remarks box if he suffers from any health condition or needs special care or a special companion, and the studio administration does not bear responsibility for dealing with that.

(9) Children under 5 years of age are not allowed to be left in any of the activities at Mian Studio without an adult escort.

(10) The child’s parents are obligated to bring him into the studio and hand him over to the employee responsible for registration in the programs, and are also obligated to do so when receiving the child from inside the studio.

(11) In the event that the child damages any of the studio's possessions, the child's family shall bear all compensation for what was damaged.

(12) The parents or their representative are obligated to disclose the child’s health condition and whether he suffers from learning difficulties, special needs, hyperactivity, attention deficit disorder, or a health condition when registering on the website or any of our communication platforms. The studio management has the full right to cancel the child’s registration if it is proven that his condition was not disclosed at or before attendance.

(13) The management of the studio or its employees shall not tolerate bullying incidents among children and shall take firm action. The management has the full right to prevent the bullying child from attending the studio altogether.

(14) If the parents do not register the child according to the age mentioned in the announcement, the studio has the right to prevent him from joining the workshop and only half of the registration fees will be refunded.


Regarding pottery programs or activities

(15) Pre-registration is required via the official website Mayan.art to reserve seats in the pottery workshops.

(16) If the participant does not attend, he must inform the administration of his desire to postpone attendance within one week, only once from the date thereof. After that, his registration will be cancelled and his right to a refund will be cancelled.

(17) In the two-hour pottery shaping session, the fees include shaping only. The participant must add coloring, glazing, and burning fees if he wishes, from the site or the studio cashier. The participant must come to color and clean the piece within two days only after attending the shaping session. It should be noted that the period for completing the artwork for its stages ranges between one month and two months, after which the dates for delivering the pieces to the participants will be announced through the studio platforms.

(18) The studio is not responsible for pieces that burst or break after coloring or firing in the kiln due to poor inspection of the pottery piece or poor shaping of one of its edges by the participant.

(19) The pieces will be damaged or disposed of two months after the announcement of the date of receipt to the subscribers through the studio’s advertising platforms, and they will be disposed of without any liability on the part of the studio.

(20) The participant is bound by the instructions of the attendee, the trainer and the supervisor of the workshop regarding the policies of the place, the workshop and the method of work. The studio shall take the necessary action in the event of the trainee’s non-compliance and he shall not be compensated financially or have his paid fees refunded.

(21) Regarding coloring the pottery pieces, the participant is obligated to choose only 3 colors from a set of 12 colors, as coloring the entire pieces is prohibited, in order to ensure the best results for the pieces after firing.


After attending, the participant is not entitled to a refund of any amounts paid, whether through the website, network, or cash.
